On this way we ensure that everything that arrives on your plate can always be prepared freshly and professionally for you. With our monthly menu we add seasonal dishes to the menu selection and thus more variety for our guests.
Adapted to the season, we cook regional and international inspired dishes and leave room for our creativity. Traditionally known dishes, perhaps even to do without meat? Or how about fish, why not?
